The theme for Honor the Earth 2005-06 is “Living with
Water.” Though water is essential to life itself, we often
take it for granted until problems arise.

People, animals, fish and insects all depend on water in
its many forms. Create a picture or design that
illustrates living in harmony with water (and/or ice, snow,
steam, hot springs, lakes, etc.)

This is an opportunity to share your unique perspective
with young people and adults around the world. The
world is as you dream it.

Honor the Earth will share the winning designs
with the world. Your art will be selected and posted
on the World Wide Web

How to Enter:

• Submit entries on the official contest entry
form postmarked by March 14, 2006. Entry form may
be reproduced.
• Use the medium of your choice:
pencil, crayon, paint.
• Entries should reflect connection to our earth,
to each other, to spirit and to world peace.
• All entries become the property of Honor the
Earth and may be used in its future projects.
Artists will receive prior notification of selection.
• Winning entries will be posted on participating
Rotary web sites and on Purdue University North
Central's web site.
• Decision of contest judges is final. Winners will
be selected in the coming months and notified by mail.
• Early entries are encouraged.
