Jim Scott and I visited Pine Elementary School 0n 3/27 and presented the APPLE DUMPLING STORY to the 3rd graders.
With Wednesday as my first time participating in this event, I found the experience very rewarding. The children were very engaged and asked many questions as well as offering their comments. Fun, fun! A short poem to follow;

Mystical, magical, memories, a picturesque view
young inquiring minds, dreams may come true
angels from heaven, they are the best
taught well in schools, THE FOUR-WAY TEST
TRUTH be told, TRUTH like gold
so much more to say
FAIR for him and FAIR for her
there is no better way
Building GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS
mindful health to insure we do
BENEFICIAL for me, BENEFICIAL for you
that's what we teach in 3rd grader school
