• Enter $150.00 for Active Members
• Enter $235.00 for Corporate Members
• or Enter $50.00 for Associate Members
• Add $300 per member for pre-paid lunches

Please check the box next to the statement "I’d like to add to my donation to help offset the cost of processing".
